Guide Complete Platform Usage

01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 979 ("Platform", "we", "company"). This document governs all aspects of using the 979 platform on the website 979.bar, including all services, features and content available within it.

979 is an online entertainment platform operating since 2020, offering a wide range of games including video slots, live casino, sports betting and table games to adult users in Malaysia. Our platform is built with security, transparency and user satisfaction at its core.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming ours, all of which together form the complete agreement between you and 979.

02User Eligibility

To register and use the 979 platform, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident present in Malaysia at the time of use.
• Never previously banned or blocked by 979 for any reason.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or third party.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform.

979 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time through the identity verification process (eKYC). Accounts found to be held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

03Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 979 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the name, email address, or phone number used.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• Valid identity card number or passport number.
• An active and accessible email address.
• Valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Exact date of birth.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 979 support team immediately via in-platform live chat.

04Deposit

979 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods integrated directly with the platform, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, BigPay and bank transfers from all major Malaysian banks. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit can be set by users themselves through account settings as part of the responsible gaming program.
• Deposited funds must come from an account or payment instrument registered in the same user's name.
• 979 does not accept deposits from third parties or unknown sources.
• Deposit processing time is nearly instant, except for bank transfers which may take up to 15 minutes.

979 reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious deposit as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Where required, you may be asked to provide proof of source of funds.

05Withdrawal

979 processes withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for users who have completed KYC verification. This is one of 979's key commitments to all its users.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Users who have not completed KYC are subject to a withdrawal limit of up to RM500 before full verification is required.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.
• In exceptional situations such as additional security verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

06Bonuses & Promotions

979 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing users. Each offer has its own terms and validity period, clearly displayed on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions at 979:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type.
• The welcome bonus is eligible to be claimed once only per new user.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• 979 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
• Free bonuses (free bet or free spin) awarded without a deposit are subject to the maximum withdrawal limit stated in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Each offer has a set bonus validity period — bonuses that expire before use will be automatically forfeited.

07Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 979 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to interact with the platform in ways other than intended.
• Owning, controlling, or operating more than one account in any form.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Making threats, engaging in bullying, or harassing 979 staff or other users.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform — any bugs discovered must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Deceiving or providing false information to 979 or third parties in relation to your account.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical functions of the platform.

979 operates a sophisticated AI-based monitoring system running around the clock to detect any suspicious activity. Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

08Account Suspension & Closure

979 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms in this document.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for more than 24 consecutive months.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 979 support team via live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user's original payment method once identity verification is complete, provided no terms violations are under investigation.

09Liability Limits

979 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions or inability to access the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions made by the user themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Inaccurate information provided by the user during registration or verification.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses regardless of the basis of the claim.

In any circumstances, 979's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 979 platform — including but not limited to designs, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of 979 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law.

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, publishing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent.
• Using the 979 trade name, brand, or logo for any commercial or personal purpose.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform's software.

Users are granted limited rights to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11Privacy & Data Protection

979 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all its users in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). How we collect, store and process your personal data is described in detail in the Privacy Policy ours.

In summary, 979:

• Using AES-256 bit encryption for all stored user data.
• Not selling, renting, or sharing users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
• Maintaining access and activity logs for the period required by law and internal policy.
• Granting users the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

12Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

979 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email.

It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure they are always aware of the latest terms. Continued use of the 979 platform after any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
